Refund Policy

All sales at Maple Skilled Trades Academy are final.

Due to the nature of our services—private exam-preparation coaching, curriculum access, scheduling, and instructor allocation—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once registration and payment are completed.

By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued after payment, regardless of attendance, participation, personal circumstances, schedule changes, or exam outcomes.

• Program fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Access to course materials, booking of sessions, and instructor planning begin immediately upon registration, which makes refunds impractical.

We encourage all prospective students to review program details carefully and ask any questions before enrolling.

This policy applies to all programs, packages, and services offered by Maple Skilled Trades Academy.
