Maple Skilled Trades Academy provides private exam-preparation coaching for skilled trades, including Hairstylist Red Seal written and practical exam preparation.
We are not a government institution and do not issue any trade certification, diploma, or license. Our services are for training and preparation only.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Registration & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after the required payment is received.

  • All fees are displayed on the website or communicated in writing.

  • Any non-refundable fees (including registration or booking fees) will be clearly stated before payment.

  • Prices and program details may change without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable.

  • Missed classes or sessions are not refundable or transferable.

  • Access to programs may be suspended in cases of non-payment, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

  • Attend sessions on time and prepared

  • Follow all safety instructions during practical training

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other students

  • Practice independently when required

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide structured guidance and coaching, the Academy does not guarantee that any student will pass an exam. Final results depend on individual performance and the external examining authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, PDFs, and resources are the property of Maple Skilled Trades Academy.
They may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Academy is not responsible for:

  • Exam outcomes or certification decisions

  • Losses resulting from reliance on training

  • Injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions

Participation in any training is at your own risk.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.
